AIT and its customer service staff are with you throughout your experience, from the initial planning stages for installation through the warranty period. We service and support all of the equipment we build from pre-installation information for layout, power, and compressed air, to shipping from our facility to your premises.

Field service
Field service technicians respond to customer callouts, providing technical service and maintenance support at customer locations. They are responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing equipment out in the field and providing technical training when necessary.
